Remembrance deserves
more than words.

The 11 52 Justice Foundation Inc. was established to advance accountability, transparency, and meaningful access to justice, with an initial focus on Serbia.

We believe institutions earn trust when the truth can be examined, evidence is preserved, and the law applies to everyone. Seeking answers is not a political favor. It is a public responsibility.

Our purpose is to support charitable, public-interest initiatives that help uncover facts, encourage lawful accountability, and strengthen the rule of law. We pursue this mission independently and without partisan endorsements.

The meaning behind our name

11:52

11:52 is not just a time. It is a promise to remember.

On November 1, 2024, at 11:52 a.m., a concrete canopy collapsed at Novi Sad railway station in Serbia. Sixteen people ultimately lost their lives.

The tragedy brought public demands for transparent investigations, responsibility, and institutions that protect the people they serve. Our name honors those lost and the continuing importance of justice.
